ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THROUGH USE

CHOICE OF LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY may suspend or terminate this Agreement or Your use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that You have used this Site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal, or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third-party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, or that may constitute hacking or violate other criminal regulations.

In such an event, BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY may disclose Your identity and information in response to a subpoena or other legal action. BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY shall not be liable for damages or results thereof, and You agree not to bring any action or claim against BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY for such disclosure.

MISCELLANEOUS

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY.
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
• BLOCKCHAIN FACTORY may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
